We collect the details you give us when you create an account and build your donation page: your name, email address, profile and banner images, fundraising title, story, goal and currency. Donors may optionally provide a name and message.
We use your information to operate your donation page, display confirmed donations, show your dashboard statistics, process withdrawal requests and communicate important service updates.
Your donation page is public by design. It displays your name, story, images, goal, amount raised and confirmed donations. Your email address, login details and withdrawal history are never shown publicly.
Donations are made through your own Quick Pay link with your payment provider. KOLO Funds does not store card numbers, bank credentials or payment authentication details.
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, so only you can read and edit your own records. Access is protected by your account credentials.
You can edit or remove your page content at any time from your dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
