Simple, fair rules that keep KOLO Funds trustworthy for donors and fundraisers alike.
Honest fundraising
Campaigns must describe a real need and use funds for the stated purpose. Misleading, fraudulent or unlawful fundraisers will be removed and the account closed.
Donations
Donations are made directly to you through the Quick Pay link you provide. KOLO Funds records donations for display and reporting but is not a party to the payment itself.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests reflect the balance recorded on your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payout details held by your payment provider.
Prohibited campaigns
You may not raise funds for illegal activity, hate speech, weapons, gambling, financial schemes, or anything that endangers people.
Taxes and compliance
You are responsible for any tax, reporting or regulatory obligations that apply to funds you raise in your country.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the platform grows and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
